A TOAST TO LONDON

Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut will be the official champagne of Taste of London (15th – 18th June 06, Regent’s Park).

This is the second year that Laurent-Perrier has sponsored this prestigious food festival, reinforcing the brand’s association with the very best London restaurants.  Taste of London, sponsored by British Airways, is widely regarded to be THE food event in London, providing a unique opportunity to try the best restaurant dishes in London, all under one ‘roof’.

Laurent-Perrier will be linking with top Chelsea seafood restaurant Randall & Aubin to provide The Laurent-Perrier Randall & Aubin Champagne Bar.  Visitors will be able to enjoy the refreshingly dry Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut Champagne accompanied by delicious seafood, whilst listening to music and relaxing in the bar.  The clean, fresh, dry qualities of Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut, unencumbered by sugar, bond particularly well with oysters, caviar and all fish dishes. 

Around forty of London’s top restaurants and chefs will be preparing and serving a selection of sample size signature dishes to the expected 35,000 visitors.  Exciting new interactive features will include a Chefs Theatre, Cookery School, Wine and Spirit Academy, and the Speciality Beer Academy. And having experienced the event in 2005 with Boxwood Café, Gordon Ramsay has added two more restaurants to the line up including Marcus Wareing at The Savoy Grill and Angela Hartnett at The Connaught.
